Couples at Figment typically occupy a private studio with an en-suite bathroom, or a larger double room in one of our shophouses across Tanjong Pagar, Chinatown, Joo Chiat, River Valley, and Emerald Hill. Homes like Irama House on Mosque Street (from S$2,450/month), Vignette House on Neil Road (from S$2,700/month), and properties in the Emerald Hill cluster (from S$2,000/month) are popular with couples for their design quality, leafy streets, and proximity to great restaurants and MRT stations.
