- A successful referral is when the referred person, who must be aged 21 years and above, signs a lease for a minimum of 3 months, in line with URA requirements.

For referrer
- This referral offer is only for the referrer.
- The S$600 referral reward will be granted to the referrer only after the referred member has commenced their stay..
- The referrer must claim the reward within 1 week after the referred member’s stay begins.
