For referred
- This offer is only open to members of the public aged 21 years and above.
- Valid/successful referrals must sign a lease of at least 3 months, as per URA requirements.

For referrer
- The voucher can only be redeemed after the new referred member commences their stay.
- The offer is only redeemable up to 1 week after commencement of the referred member's stay.
