Figment provided well-equipped and good-looking accommodation with an option for short-let that easily beats the competition. The co-working and co-living spaces are a special feature, and the Community ethos is also unique. By luck or judgement, the housemates supported each other and socialised during a difficult period.
The design of the studio has enough space and almost every amenity I need, the daylight from the rooftop is beautiful and the location of the place is so convenient. If I have the chance, I will like to stay here again.
Spectacular interiors and design in the house. The community events (eg Christmas, CNY events) were interesting and well-organised. In addition, the Figment team has been prompt with assistance for issues in the house. Thanks for providing the space for an enjoyable stay and experience.
Spacious, beautifully designed home. Really friendly and respectful housemates. I got to explore an entirely new part of Singapore that I didn't know before. I really enjoyed it.
I love the location! Accessibility to Joo Chiat and surrounding districts is great. The bus stop is right at the doorstep. Getting to meet housemates and people from different industries and countries was great! I also went for an open house so I got to meet members from other Figment houses. The design of the houses and rooms is great. It definitely stands out against Figment’s competitors. Having a chance to get coffee with Fang was a nice personal touch, and shows Figment’s hospitality and ethos
I am a believer in the global movement for shared/ coliving. Figment shophouses demonstrate how great and successful building a coliving community can be. Geylang for me was a perfect place to live, it provides everything within easy reach, great food, East Coast Park, Joo Chiat and easy and direct travel into the city

Figment Club House was crafted by Linghao Architects as a ‘machine for living’ from reclaimed timber, poured concrete, terrazzo tiles and overgrown tropical hanging plants. Digital artworks were conceptualized from afar by Urich Lau.
