Terms and Conditions For the Referred Friend
- The referred individual must be aged 21 years or above.
- A successful referral is defined as the referred friend signing a minimum 3-month lease, in accordance with URA regulations.
- The $150 rental credit will be applied after the lease is signed and the first rental payment is completed.
For the Referrer
- The $150 reward (reduction in one month's rent or 1 weekly cleaning session for 1 month) will be issued after the referred friend has commenced their stay and completed their first rental payment.
- The referrer must confirm their preferred reward option within 7 days of notification.
- The incentive can be redeemed every time a new referral is made.
- Rewards are non-transferable and applicable only to the referring individual.
- Figment reserves the right to verify referral eligibility and update these terms where necessary.
